« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« Hotel neuf, personnel souriant. Belle piscine et jaccuzi intérieurs. Belle salle de sport. Le buffet du soir est inclus mais il n y a guère de choix pour les végétariens et les plats n étaient pas très bons. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. »

« Location is close to Ruby Falls and Rock City Garden. The staff is nice. But breakfast is mediocre. Your better option is McDonald down the street. »

« Hotel requires a $100 deposit. I left a cash deposit of $100 that I was told I’d have returned at the end of my stay if nothing was damaged. I left the room with trash picked up, towels in a pile together and as good of condition as one should. Upon checkout, a maintenance person was asked to check my room. My deposit was only partially returned because a diet Dr Peppet had over flowed on the comforter when I’d opened it. I disagreed and the woman said because they had to wash the bedding they...

« My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! Also, we spent time at the lobby bar after a day out… and Lindsey...

« The breakfast host was extremely rude - to the point of yelling at me. The hotel appears clean in the lobby until you get to the hallways and rooms. My first room was a smoking room. The second room was a suite with a very dirty and stained couch. There is a smell all over the hotel. And the elevator made a terrible grinding noise. I would advise everyine to avoid this hotel »

« Very clean and quite place. Only comment: rooms are cleaned every day, soap and towel changed every day which is not necessary. »
